Master Legal Agreement & EULA Compliance

Section 1: Global Compliance & Binding Agreement

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the OLOL Tracker Android App or website (www.ololtracker.com), you enter into a legally binding Master Service Agreement with OLOL Tracker (Manoj Kumar).

Section 2: Employee & Member Tracking Consent Warranty

Enterprise Admins and Organizations using OLOL Tracker to monitor employees or group members expressly warrant that formal written consent has been secured from each member prior to initiating location tracking. Tracking is strictly confined to official working hours and business operations.

Section 3: Prominent Background Location Disclosure

OLOL Tracker collects location data (latitude, longitude, speed, timestamps) in the background even when the app is closed or minimized solely to enable real-time field workforce tracking during authorized shift hours set by the group Admin. Background tracking displays an ongoing system notification.

Section 4: No Covert Surveillance / Anti-Stalking Policy

OLOL Tracker is an operational field workforce management tool and is NOT spy software. Unlawful tracking, stalking, domestic espionage, or unauthorized wiretapping is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to cyber crime law enforcement agencies.

Section 5: Intellectual Property & Non-Refundable Policy

All software source code, algorithms, and website content on www.ololtracker.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Manoj Kumar. All subscription fees and activations are 100% non-refundable once cloud server resources are allocated.

1. Data Architecture & Encryption

Location telemetry, device state, and account details are transmitted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol and stored using AES-256 encryption. Telemetry data is never sold, traded, or rented to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

2. Account Deletion & Right to Erasure

Users can request permanent account deletion and data erasure at any time by contacting care@ololtracker.com.
